ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Will contribute to the receipt, inventory, put-away, and distribution of all parts needed for manufacturing production. Will fill electronic material requests and complete inventory cycle counts daily. Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Coordinate with quality team on shelf-life records of items. Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges. May be responsible for inducting new material from product-line adoptions. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift.  Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines. Must maintain attention to detail in comparing parts and pick lists with required quantities, lot information, and expiration date.   EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:   High School Diploma, GED or Equivalency required; prefer 1-2 years related material handling or warehousing experience.' Valid Driver's License required   PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to support standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Must also be able to support overtime on week days or weekends as required to support business needs. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs individually and up to 50 lbs team lift, and be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
