JOB TITLE: Structural Project Manager
REPORTS TO: Regional BUL/Director of Contracts
Summary of position: Manage oversight of repair availabilities
Essential Job Requirements:
- Day-to-day management of IMIA production schedule to include subcontractor production efforts and priorities
- Authorized to commit IMIA contractually on assigned Project(s) within limitations set by VP of Programs
- Overall financial performance with respect to budget
- Invoices are submitted regularly and tracked to payment
- Manages CFR reporting requirements for both required reporting and identification and proper documentation of Growth and New Work opportunities and schedule impacts and delays
- Insure adherence to Bid letter and PO requirements with respect to Schedule, Quality and other contractual performance requirements
- Ensures participation at all required daily/weekly Project integration meetings and completion of resulting action items

- Ensures in-house reporting (i.e. PSR, Schedule updates, Fin Log, etc.) is provided to Upper Management as required
- Ensures contractually required status reports (i.e. weekly status, material status, Closeout reports) are provided to customer
Routine Reporting Requirements:
- Attends weekly IMIA progress and PSR meetings; ensures all personnel with action items are held accountable and that realistic need dates are set and held
- Attends required Project meetings (Weekly Project Review, CO Brief, etc.)
Required Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; high school degree or equivalent required
Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine industry

Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversight of the Project Production and Support personnel assigned to the Project
Working Conditions: Most work performed under pressured, fast-paced conditions; frequently requires overtime. Minimal exposure to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, toxic or caustic chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions, dusty conditions, wet and/or humid conditions, hazardous machinery.
