We have the perfect opportunity for you to leverage your knowledge of the area and earn extra income! Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Parking Lot Enforcement Agent in downtown Greensboro. As an Enforcement Agent, your primary responsibility will be to monitor a designated parking lot, ensuring that vehicles comply with parking regulations. You will be required to check the lot 3-4 times per week, with the flexibility to check more frequently if desired. Each patrol takes about 10 minutes. Responsibilities: Conduct regular patrols of the parking lot to identify vehicles parked without payment or overstaying their allotted time. Each patrol usually only takes 10 minutes. Utilize a designated app to scan license plates and issue parking citations to violators. Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot by picking up litter and disposing of it properly in trash receptacles. Ensure proper positioning of lot signs and address any signs that have been moved or knocked over.   Compensation: $10 bonus per paid citation issued. Flat monthly payment of $500.
