Essential Functions Include: Provides personal care as assigned, including but not limited: bathing, shampoo, shave, nail care, skin care, maintenance exercises, incontinent care, and assistance with toileting. Provide transportation to and from and assistance at medical appointments and other appointments as requested. Provides homemaker services as assigned, including but not limited to: shopping, washing dishes, cleaning kitchen appliances, vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and laundry. Provides companion or regular contact services, including but not limited to: telephone reminders, assist with mail, assist with bill paying, transport to and from and assist at social functions. Performs procedures or monitoring for which training and/or delegation by a registered nurse has been completed, including but not limited to: medication assistance, catheter care, wound care, take & monitor vital signs, oxygen use, and PT exercises. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of services performed for customers. Is aware of customer needs and provides quality customer service by constantly and consistently exceeding the customer's expectations.         Position Requirements Be at least 18 years old Demonstrate the ability to communicate well both in writing and orally. Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member. Demonstrate ability to adapt to a variety of circumstances, situations, and people. Be available to work various shifts. Meet the eligibility requirements of the auto insurance company providing coverage for OCCK vehicles.
