ABOUT YOU

YOU WILL
- Coordinate and oversee nursing care and related activities of the surgical center per the policies and objectives of the center
- Prepare schedules and ensures completion of delegated tasks
- Maintain effective communication with DON/administrator, as well as clinical and non-clinical associates
- Ensure proper supervision of surgery center flow in the absence of the DON/administrator
- Report deviations in surgery, the schedule and parent/guardian grievances to the DON/administrator
YOU HAVE
Requirements + Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Required to have state Registered Nurse License
- Knowledge regarding the nursing process and its application, including the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.
- Current BLS Certification upon hire
- ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Previous experience in ICU or perioperative nursing experience
