Responsible for performance and improvements to budgets, schedule, and quality. To accomplish this, the Manager serves as the organization's contact between teams and upper management.   Position Requirements MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Science, Mechanical, Aerospace or Industrial Engineering or related field.* 5 years aircraft manufacturing experience in a leadership role or an equivalent management/technical background. Knowledge and familiarity with aircraft drawings, specifications, and other technical data necessary for aircraft parts completion. Must communicate well and work effectively with shop personnel, various levels of management, and other departments. * 2 years of work experience is equivalent to 1 year of college.   ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Computer literacy sufficient to direct software applications in a production environment. Must possess good working knowledge of the skills required in shops under his/her leadership. Strong leadership and planning abilities.
