Shift: Part-time 48hours every two (2) weeks Varies Candidate needs to have the following: Behavioral health experience preferred Excellent bedside manner and communication skills You can apply online at www.fitzgibbon.org/careers About our Behavioral Health Unit Our 10-bed inpatient Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) at Fitzgibbon Hospital provides care for patients needing treatment of acute episodes of mental illness. The unit is open around the clock and designed to provide mental health care to patients ages 18 to 65. We accept both voluntary and involuntary patients. BHU provides psychiatry services, individual and group therapy, social work services, and 24/7 nursing care in a supportive, therapeutic environment. Treatment is based on patient-driven care to ensure success upon discharge.
