Apply online: http://apexoperationsmanagementllc.appone.com/ Duties and Responsibilities Perform general farm duties as assigned by Supervisor. Learn to operate farm vehicles and farm machinery. Follow company safety protocols and obey applicable traffic laws. Learn to operate various types of farm equipment such as large John Deere front wheel assist tractors, air seeders, tillage equipment, grain carts, brush cutters and haying equipment. Follow operator instructions and wear appropriate safety equipment such as goggles, gloves, or other protective clothing. Maintain a positive image of the McBee Farm and Cattle Co. by fostering good relationships with the surrounding community. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities Valid Driver’s License required. Must be 21 year of age or older and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR). Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be able to communicate well with supervisors and co-workers. Able to work overtime during planting and harvest seasons and outside and in all weather conditions. Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as dictated by seasonal needs. Education and Experience Farm experience preferred. Experience operating farm equipment and machinery preferred. Familiarity with basic machine maintenance is a plus.
