Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Controls Technician  Category HVAC   Description The Controls Technician is responsible for troubleshooting local controllers, hardware, communication, wiring, and programming of building automation systems. Install new controls, retrofit existing systems, and service existing systems. Install sensors, actuators, relays, controllers, and control wiring. Troubleshoot various control system issues, mechanical and logic. Install, startup, and commission small control projects. Run control related service calls. Read wire schematics and wire to a print. Requirements Knowledge of HVAC systems and sequence of operation. Knowledge of control communication protocols. Strong electrical skills and ability to use a multimeter. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
