Position Title: Lifestyle Associate (Lifestyle Assistant)
Location: Broomfield, CO - at Anthem Highlands
Reporting To: Lifestyle Director
Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time
Salary: $24.00 to $25.00 Hourly

EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE:
The Lifestyle Assistant is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while providing support to both internal and external clients, including, but not limited to: partnering with the Lifestyle Director and being the go-to person for all private and community events and lifestyle services.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote a positive environment that fosters a fun atmosphere.
- Set up tables, chairs, and other equipment as needed for events.
- Supervise events and assist homeowners with questions.
- Coordinate and file association facility reservations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowner questions regarding lifestyle programming, events, and fitness classes.
- Respond to all emails and phone calls within a timely manner.
- Be familiar with and assist residents with use of the gym equipment.
- Assist the Lifestyle Director with creating graphics and content for community eBlasts, as well as create flyers, signs, and other promotional materials for community events.
- Assist the Lifestyle Director with processing group and club applications.
- Input event data into MindBody and CSI
- Manage the community contact list for Lifestyle eBlasts.
- Provide periodic relief of the front desk as needed for breaks, vacations, or absences.
- Use the point of sale system to charge residents for fitness classes and community events.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Food Handler's Certification (i.e. through SNHD)
- Fitness background preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with country club/hotel/high-end operations
- Conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be a team player who is committed to delivering high-level customer service
- Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record
- Professional and respectful demeanor with all staff and guests at all times
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and driving record in compliance with Company policy
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Use standard office equipment, including: computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc.
- Be stationary or in motion for periods of time
- Relocate up to (40) pounds

SCHEDULE & TRAVEL:
- Tuesday - Saturday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Required to work weekends and holidays
