Here is what you can expect:

  • Mentor and supervise our service technicians to uphold our standards of excellence.
  • Provide comprehensive training to new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills to thrive.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, setting the bar high for the team.
  • Manage inventory, schedules, and payroll to keep our service center running smoothly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all team members.
  • Hands-on (oil changes, other fluid changes, filter changes, tire rotations, etc.)
  • Master products, service, and company knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures outlined in our manuals and communications.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with customers effectively.
  • Ability to find the right talent to be a part of your team.
  • Have a high sense of urgency and be self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of cash handling, automotive maintenance, and safety protocols.
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • 2+ years supervisory experience (shift leads, assistant manager, supervisor, manager).
  • Valid, clean driver license.
