Here is what you can expect: Mentor and supervise our service technicians to uphold our standards of excellence. Provide comprehensive training to new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills to thrive. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, setting the bar high for the team. Manage inventory, schedules, and payroll to keep our service center running smoothly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all team members. Hands-on (oil changes, other fluid changes, filter changes, tire rotations, etc.) Master products, service, and company knowledge. Adhere to company policies and procedures outlined in our manuals and communications. To excel in this role, you will need: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with customers effectively. Ability to find the right talent to be a part of your team. Have a high sense of urgency and be self-motivated. Knowledge of cash handling, automotive maintenance, and safety protocols. Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. 2+ years supervisory experience (shift leads, assistant manager, supervisor, manager).
