What You'll Do: Assisting customers, in person or over the phone, with their HVAC and plumbing needs Advising customers on specific parts and products to ensure their project is successful Confirming orders are input and processed correctly, and sales transactions are completed accurately Retrieving parts from shelves or storage areas Ensuring overall customer satisfaction with our service and products, and following up with customers as needed Staying current on industry trends and products Maintaining location organization and cleanliness Making deliveries to customer locations on an as-needed basis To be successful, this position requires an individual with technical understanding of heating and plumbing (field experience desired) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
