Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Manage phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Handle administrative tasks to support the office operations
Requirements:
- Two years of dental experience
- Proven experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with dental software and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
