Description

As an Associate Project Manager, you will learn to support and assist experienced Project Managers in the management of projects.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

  • Assist Project Managers in analyzing business need, determining objective and scope, identifying staffing needs, and kicking-off the project.
  • Learn to create the Project Management Plans, refining the scope, developing and publishing the schedule, and identifying and evaluating any risks.
  • Assists project managers to perform integrated change management, monitor scope, schedule, costs and quality progress, and stakeholder's engagement.
  • Learn and assist in confirming acceptance of deliverables, archiving project documentation, releasing project team, and close financial.
  • Researches and recommends continuous improvement opportunities

 
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or related or 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • One (1) year of experience in a professional environment working with analysis, scheduling, planning or related.
  • Basic understanding of how to manage, evaluate, and schedule projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suites.
