Position Overview As an Associate Creative Director and Producer at Mills James, you will be the driving force behind our creative endeavors, leading projects from conception to completion. You will play a pivotal role in client relations, nurturing existing partnerships, and cultivating new business opportunities. Your expertise in video production will be crucial in maintaining the high standards Mills James is known for. Creative Leadership: Conceptualize and develop innovative ideas for video production projects. Provide artistic direction and ensure creative excellence throughout the project lifecycle.   Project Management: Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring project cost estimates, deadlines and quality standards are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editors and producers, to achieve project goals.   Client Relations: Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and exceeding expectations. Proactively seek new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and contribute to business growth.   Team Leadership: Collaborate with and inspire a team of editors and producers, fostering a creative, productive work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.   Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the company's overall creative and business strategies. Identify market trends and opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.   Qualifications: Proven experience as a Video Producer and Project Creative Director or in a similar role within the video production and agency industry. Strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and creative concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. Leadership experience in managing teams and driving results. In-depth knowledge of video production processes and associated technologies. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license required.
