This preceptor role is to fill the opening with Samantha's departure.  We have not determined which department the preceptor will work in.


  • Trains new hires as assigned by the Clinical Coordinators.
  • Works with the Clinical Manager to promote and maintain the practice goals and policies and procedures.
  • Assists with training existing clinical staff.
  • Attends regularly scheduled meetings to discuss training initiatives and other projects within the clinic.
  • All other Medical Assistant duties
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements


  1. High School Diploma or GED required.
  2. Medical Assistant Training from an Accredited School.
  3. Certification from NHA or AAMA or completed within 6 months of hire date
  4. CPR Certification required and maintained.
