MS Project Scheduler 

Description

Develop and maintain multiple complex flight and maintenance trainer project schedules to include:

  • Integration of multiple project schedules, including vendor schedules, into a single Integrated Master Schedule
  • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development
  • Critical Path/Near Critical Path analysis
  • Perform schedule variance analysis, generate reports using industry standard schedule metrics
  • Evaluate scheduled progress against planned progress
  • Lead schedule development and status update meetings with team and project stakeholders
  • Maintain record of scope changes and schedule deviations
  • Analyze schedule change orders for impacts
  • Resource Loading/Leveling of schedules
  • Develop schedule progress, metrics reports and trend charts
  • Integrated Master Plan (IMP) development
  • Use One Pager to produce visually enhanced charts/graphs/data
 
Position Requirements
  • Degree: N/A
  • Years of Experience: 2-10 years of scheduling experience
  • Experience with Program Scheduling in support of Government Program/Contracts Management via the MS Project scheduling tool
  • Experience drafting, editing and tracking scheduling products with minimal direction (i.e Schedules, Critical path analysis metrics, Integrated Program Management Report Metrics and schedule metrics)
  • Candidate should possess an intermediate level of familiarization with one or more of the following; Hardware Development, System Engineering, Software Development, and Project Management Lifecycles.
