The Wilbert Group offers a range of manufactured concrete products, including burial vaults, monuments, lawn crypts, columbarium niches, septic tanks, retaining walls, storm shelters, and agricultural precast products. The company operates manufacturing plants, warehouses, monument production facilities, a casket manufacturing plant, and nine crematories. Their monument division produces granite memorials and markers, custom granite signage, and engraved brick pavers, and they also engage in wholesale monument sales.
Yard Hand Duties:
As a yard hand, your primary responsibility will be to perform various activities in the yard, including operating a forklift or a wheel loader. Your duties will involve tasks related to concrete form stripping, prepping forms for tank concrete pours, finishing tank concrete, installing peripheral and internal parts for septic tank manufacturing and delivery, installing septic pumps and siphons, maintaining concrete forms and the plant, utilizing powered hand tools, performing equipment repair and maintenance, working with rebar mats, bending, and cutting rebar, tying rebar, maintaining housekeeping standards, and other assigned duties.

- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision.
- Customer service-oriented and able to work well as a team player.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy.
- Capable of full body movement, utilizing all senses, and lifting a minimum of 80 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors and exposed to various weather conditions.
