Position Description:

Provide strategic input on overall organizational direction and opportunities for impact; contribute positively to a productive and effective leadership team; and work closely with other senior staff to coordinate programmatic initiatives and staff management. This opportunity will be mostly remote but will require occasional travel to our Rockville office.

Position Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage projects and teams, as needed, including assembling, and organizing internal and external resources, in designing, developing, and delivering client solutions. Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.

 

  • Lead special CX projects and initiatives supporting the deployment of BETAH’s client experience strategy, coordinating the various roles associated with client experience management throughout the company to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

  • Supports the business development team by leading capture efforts, contributing to developing a qualified pipeline of opportunities and helping shape customer requirements, driving differentiation, creating compelling value propositions, and establishing value-added teaming strategies.

 

  • Supports the contracts team in reviewing and analyzing client requirements or challenges and supports the contracts and accounting team in analyzing the associated costs.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree Req and master’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of related experience is required.
  • Demonstrated willingness and effectiveness in working with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental business processes, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision-making, growth, and decline.
  • Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques related to one’s functional area.
  • Knowledge of current events and developments within an industry and major competitors.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace.
  • Knowledge of professional/trade associations, key people, and companies.
