Share Email Opening Title Membership Intern, Summer 2024 (Gold Rising)  Description Job Summary: Reporting to the Specialist, Member Engagement, the Membership Intern will be responsible for supporting the Academy Museum Membership team by assisting with various customer service, administrative, and event coordination tasks. While the focus will be on Museum Membership, other areas of Advancement will be introduced as well. This is a limited term internship position beginning in June 2024 through August 2024. The hourly wage for this role is $16.78.   Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with the planning and execution of special events, programs, and tours for the Membership program. Create and maintain records in CRM. Provide customer service for the Membership program, addressing member concerns in an informative and friendly manner. Assist with administrative tasks pertaining to the Membership Program Shadow internal and external meetings. Observe and participate in the different facets of Museum Membership.   Position Requirements Qualifications and Requirements: Community college, trade school, and university undergraduate or graduate students from the class of 2024 and 2025 in good academic standing. A minimum of 2.8 GPA. Strong writing, organization, and communication skills. Exhibit a strong interest in the motion picture industry and/or museums/cultural arts organizations.   If hired, we require all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19, unless a medical or religious accommodation is needed as determined on a case-by-case basis.
