As a CALM Intervention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting children, youth, and resource parents during the initial out-of-home placement or movement within the designated CALM region. Collaborating with the Family Support Partner, your focus will be on enhancing outcomes for children and youth entering or transitioning within the child welfare system. This involves promoting greater permanency, establishing vital connections across systems, and offering support to prevent crises/disruptions, ultimately fostering stabilization.   Position Requirements PA LSW with a minimum of two years providing casework or social services in a child welfare setting, or counseling in a behavior health setting providing services to children/youth being cared for in a foster/resource care setting.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
