Interact with customers to determine system programming requirements. Instruct customers on the safe and proper use of equipment. Ability to diagnose and solve for issues with audio/visual equipment and installation while insuring a positive experience for both our customers and employee teammates.   Minimum Requirements One year of professional experience as a technician or helper working on-site in residential settings. Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour break. Professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds without assistance. Ability to pass a background check.   Preferred Qualifications Experience mounting TVs and Speakers. Have a set of hand tools.
