Duties/Responsibilities: Limited supervision, performs specific customer service & clerical duties within established systems & procedures to support Company projects, programs & activities. Works in a team setting with fellow office staff to support overall administrative functions. · Assist in answering phone · Handle walk-in's · Set up new customers within the system ensuring all appropriate documents obtained · Enter customer orders manually & via a portal with our secondary distribution location · Maintain product availability & share with team · Prepare customer invoices for accounting · Resolve customer short pays · Prepare customer credits for accounting · Monitor receivables & contact past due customers · Provide weekly pricing to customers · Coordinate shipping of customer orders · Assist with employee sales · Other duties as assigned   Position Requirements Education/Experience Required: · Strong demonstrable Customer Service skills · 2+ years office experience · Excellent written & verbal communication skills · Must be proficient/have experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with superior attention to detail · Possess strong organizational skills & the ability to prioritize & manage workflow · Critical thinking, Detail oriented, Positive attitude, Strong work ethic · Strong interpersonal & written communication skills & ability to work in fast-paced, ever changing environment   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift Days   Position Customer Service Representative   Division Upper Iowa Beef LLC   Number of Openings 1   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Open Date 1/23/2024   Location Lime Springs   About the Organization Niewohner Entities is all about caring for animals and the land.
