Position Overview- FULLY REMOTE- WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY
The Assistant Call Center Manager conducts selling activities related to inbound and outbound calls related to donor retention. This position requires an outgoing, positive individual that can act as a team leader and provide an exceptional donor experience!
Currently this position is fully remote. You will be required to have a RELIABLE PC, FAST INTERNET, AT LEAST 2 MONITORS AND A USB HEADSET.

Daily responsibilities include:
- Monitoring agents for quality assurance
- Driving production
- Coaching Agents
- Leading daily team meetings
- Addressing Customer Questions
- Maintaining daily reporting
- Communicating with and assisting upper management in building a team environment
