NetSPI is looking for an experienced Events Manager who will support, execute, and optimize our prospect, customer, and employee event strategy. We're looking for a go-getter with a proven track record of creating unique, memorable experiences for a variety of audiences.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Must be based in the Twin Cities (hybrid work environment)
  • Research in order to gain deep understanding of different requirements and details of each event.
  • Responsible for organizing in-person and virtual events in accordance with financial and time restraints for prospects, customers, and employees, including trade shows, field marketing events, and employee engagement events.
  • Implement tactical components of the events strategy, including meeting logistics, food and beverage planning, room sets, technical requirements, trade show booth planning & staffing, giveaways, social media, signage - and the special touches that go into creating an unforgettable experience.
  • Support in the selection process of promotional materials.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, HR, customer success, and executive team to deliver engaging events.
  • Report on results of prospect and customer events

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA/BS in marketing or a related field required
  • Experience in a fast-growing, high-tech company (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience leading events and implementing associated tactics
  • Exceptional communication skills-verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Ability to be a team player while working independently
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
