Foster passion for a better tomorrow.​   Description Position Summary The Machine Operator is part of a rotating position within the production plant. Primary responsibility is running the baggers which produces up to 50 lb. bags of horticulture product. Other responsibilities include maintaining quality specifications and general housekeeping duties.   Duties and Responsibilities Operate bagger safely and efficiently. Maintain preset production goals. Maintain quality specifications based on product. Trouble shoot machine issues. Remove out-of-spec bags and hand stack for reprocessing. Cut open rejected bales for reprocessing Perform general housekeeping duties. Perform additional duties as required.   Position Requirements Job Requirements   Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent At least one year manufacturing experience   Essential Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
