Baking Powder Processor 


AB Mauri Fleischmann's is currently seeking a Baking Powder Processor to be located in our Greenville, Texas plant.

Objective:  The Baking Powder Processor will produce, bag and stack leaveners and dough conditioners.


Production - Pull product samples as required by QA department.  Differentiate between different bagged ingredients. 

Quality - Maintain records as required by QA Department.  Maintain clean work area per sanitation standards.

Position Requirements

We are seeking candidates with a combination of the following skills and knowledge: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).  One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must be able to read and write English.  Basic math skills required.  Experience in a food manufacturing environment.

Other Factors:  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, hear, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms.  The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance.  The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.  While performing the duties of this job the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and occasionally from high, precarious places.  The employee is occasionally exposed certain allergens.
