Accounts Receivable Representative 


We are searching for an Account Receivable Representative to join our Finance Team! Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, detail-oriented and a serious multitasker.   • Call customers with past due account balances for collection of full or partial payment of overdue balance with the highest level of professionalism and positive demeanor.
  • Enter updated customer account data into the ABS database and forward as necessary to account manager, service coordinator, and or supervisor.
  • Track and report on all call activities as required
  • Follow-up with customers and internal management regarding resolution of customer account issues as necessary.
  • Perform cash application investigations.
  • Present payment options to customers as appropriate.
  • Perform large or complex account collections as directed by supervisor.
Position Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Coursework in business and/or computer software a plus.
  • Must have Business to Business or Corporate to Corporate Collections experience.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service or collections role required. Experience with complex customer service and collection issues strongly preferred.
  • Good working knowledge and skill in operating computers, data entry, and office equipment, etc., required.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and MSWord is required.
  • Must have well developed professional written and oral communication and basic math skills, organizational and analytical skills, efficient multi-tasking abilities, ability to work independently with limited supervision, organizational skills, working in a team environment.
