Foster passion for a better tomorrow.​   Description Position SummaryOur production employees are part of a rotating position within the production plant. Primary responsibility is to monitor all areas, ensure smooth operation of the production plant, and keep all employees on task.Duties and Responsibilities• Can operate all equipment in the plant.• Relieve other positions for breaks.• Unlock/lock the facility.• Startup/shutdown the production line.• Collect ingredient usage numbers and ensure they are in spec. • Ensure all production paperwork is accurate and completed.• Ensure that employees, ingredients, and equipment are ready to operate.• Direct employees and ensure they are staying on task.• Ensure all stations are stocked with materials.• Maintain preset production goals.• Operate forklift to load and store bags.• Stack finished product in designated storage areas.• Operate Gehl to keep the straw pad adequately stocked.• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.• Perform general housekeeping duties.• Perform additional duties as required.   Position Requirements Job RequirementsEducation and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent• Previous manufacturing experience preferredEssential Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
