We are looking for an experienced UX designer with expertise in creating state of the art designs, to join our rapidly growing product team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product portfolio by helping develop a framework for user experience of our products and have the courage to pursue forward-thinking design. You are passionate about understanding the world of our users, generating insights and building solutions that empower them to do their best work. You have a sense for clean design and are committed to creating elegantly simple user experiences from complex workflows. You’ll join a team of talented product managers and engineers, driven by the power of design to build integrated and compelling user experiences. You have an interest in creating high quality experiences that help protect the world from hackers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the product team to develop a UX vision and strategy, generating buy-in and execute the strategy across our products.
  • Articulate user journeys with scenarios, storyboards and presentations, low- and high-fidelity mocks to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Build strong relationships, influence and partnerships with leaders inside and outside their core product team to efficiently implement customer centric user experiences.
  • Raise the bar for product quality across our products by advocating for user centered design in product roadmaps and product strategy.
  • Work across multiple products and teams to create elegant, seamless, consolidated user experiences.
  • Continuously explore new ideas to improve and delight our users - Research user needs, generate creative solutions, and advocate for innovations that push our products to the next level.
  • Evolve and expand our design system to keep our UX on the cutting edge - Introduce new components and patterns that become best practices across our products.
  • Influence strategic product direction through your deep expertise in UX design and research.
  • Inspire the team, and create amazing experiences as you help us transform the way our customers consume our features and products.
  • Work with design tools (e.g. Figma) to produce wireframes and low/high fidelity mockups.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a UX designer for enterprise software solutions.
  • A bachelor’s degree in human-Computer Interaction or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design and systems thinking, with the ability to think systemically and holistically about product ecosystems and user needs.
  • Outstanding storytelling and prototyping skills with advocacy for the customer experience.
  • Demonstrable track record delivering exceptional user experience for complex enterprise / SaaS or Cyber Security software solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing Product Management and Engineering.
  • Experience conducting UX research to understand user journeys.
  • Mastery over definition of style guides and working across teams to drive adoption.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with an ability to build and develop close, trusting relationships, alignment and consensus.
