Weekdays, 2nd shift openings Weekends, 1st and 3rd shifts openings To promote the mission of the facility to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by being effective team members. The RTA provides direct care including support, structure, assistance, skill training, and therapeutic interventions, in groups and with individuals, in collaboration with the RTF treatment team.   Position Requirements BSW with the Ability to perform crisis management interventions including manual restraints once training is completed. Ability to walk distances during psych rehab activities and other community outings with residents. Current clearances, physical, PPD.
