Responsibilities include systematically processing client information received to keep client files up-to-date and accurate and working together with Account Executive to provide support in the servicing of client accounts.   Performance Expectations/Responsibilities  Request, endorsements to the various carriers based on information from the client or AE. Enter change requests into EPIC. Request changes from carriers for all incorrect endorsements.  Send second request to carriers for change requests that have not been processed by the follow-up date.  Issue certificates, auto ID cards, verify their accuracy; forward them to client with appropriate correspondence with direction from Account Executive.   Order Loss runs for AE during the renewal marketing process.  Receive and process all daily mail timely and accurately by updating EPIC, following official agency workflows.   Daily Mail includes all company correspondence including policies and endorsements. Demonstrate teamwork in working with Account Executives and other agency employees.  Attend Commercial Lines meetings, trainings, and classes requested by management or required for maintaining the appropriate state licensing and designations.  Communicate with the insured per requests from AE.  Perform other functions as assigned by management.    Compensation & Benefits $18 – $20 per hour Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match PTO   Position Requirements Strong organizational and time management skills ~ ability to prioritize tasks.  Commitment to work projects through to completion.  Self-motivated with attention to detail.  Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently  Self-directed  Possess strong reasoning skills  Pay attention to detail and accuracy  Ability to analyze and interpret complex and abstract situations  Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner (both verbal and written)    Education/Training Requirements  Insurance experience is preferred.  Ability to use a desktop or laptop computer, calculator, agency management system and all Microsoft products including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Maintain insurance license as required by the appropriate State Department of Insurance, and Mountain West Insurance & Financial Services, LLC.   Work Environment/Physical Activity  General office work in a team environment  Requires the regular use of arms, hands and fingers  Requires sitting and standing for extended periods of time  Must be able to see and hear  May be required to lift and or move up to 10 pounds or more  Requires occasional travel, some overnights for business and training as needed    NOTE: This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities, or qualifications  associated with this job.
