MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Previous sales and management experience required
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The NEB Sales Supervisor is responsible for directly supervising full time employees.
Supervisory responsibilities include: making hiring recommendations, making final hiring decisions, planning and schedule work, assigning work, instructing and training in methods, checking and approving work, conducting performance evaluations, recommending salary adjustments, making recommendations regarding promotions, making recommendations regarding unsatisfactory performance, making final decisions to terminate employees due to unsatisfactory performance.
Responsible for providing direct feedback and personal development to sales team.
MENTAL AND VISUAL REQUIREMENTS:
Light mental and visual attention required for performing work where there is some variety but actions taken and decisions made are limited to few possibilities. Work requires some coordination with others. AND/OR set-up, regulate, and adjust simple machines or processes.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time, move about to access various objects, operates office machinery such as a computer, communicate effectively. Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT USED:
Ability to use an automobile, computer, printer, fax machine, photocopier, and telephone
Ability to use the following software: Data Driller, E-Mail, Microsoft Office, Indigo Olive.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Valid Driver’s License or ability to access transportation to perform position responsibilities and attend work group and organization meetings as necessary. Other limited travel may be necessary.
