As a Marketing Manager at Health Plus Management, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy to create engaging campaigns, build strong online communities, and optimize our online channels. Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Manage the overall social media strategy, create compelling content, and monitor online conversations to enhance our online presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to drive continuous improvement.   Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience (Healthcare marketing experience preferred but not required). Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a focus on digital marketing and social media strategy. Strong understanding of online marketing trends, SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics platforms. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.   Additional Information Full Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week  Hybrid Schedule- In Office/Remote Salary- $70,000-$85,000 per year    Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt   Position Requirements   Education and Training Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
