Needed for temporary 8-week position, M-F, 9 am-5 pm, serving Harvey in an inpatient psychiatric unit. The social worker will provide psycho-social assessments, discharge planning, and care coordination to adults with mental health conditions.   Position Requirements Requires an MSW (LSW/LCSW preferred) and experience in behavioral health and medical-acute care settings.   This position is currently accepting applications.
