As a School-Based Therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the emotional well-being of students within the school setting. This position involves providing therapeutic services, conducting assessments, and collaborating with educators and parents to create a holistic support system for students. Responsibilities: Individual and Group Therapy: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address the diverse emotional and behavioral needs of students. Assessment and Diagnosis: Perform thorough assessments to identify emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns. Collaboration and Consultation: Work closely with school staff, teachers, and administrators to create a collaborative support network for students. Crisis Intervention: Respond to crisis situations promptly, providing immediate support to students in need. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records for each student.
