Share Email Opening Title Windows System Administrator  Description Maintaining the Windows portion of three different multi-platform classified and unclassified networks via Windows Server 2012 and Active Directory. Supporting over 500 workstations and 50 servers; assisting with network design, server configurations, server virtualization, various enterprise applications and storage area networks Performing back-ups and desktop support Maintaining documentation of server and back-up procedures; downloading and installing software patches, and performing network scans to detect security vulnerabilities in accordance with DOD IT security accreditation requirements. Individual will also work with the Cyber Security group, assisting on accreditation packages, network scans, and Cyber Security applications to ensure a secure network posture.   Position Requirements Five to ten years network and system administration experience in a Windows environment is desired. Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 and Active Directory, and Security+ CE certification is required. Experience with Brocade Switches, Storage Area Networks, Windows Scripting, and Server Virtualization is desirable. Familiarity with SCCVI, ACAS, HBSS, WSUS, and Domain Controllers is ideal. The candidate must be able to interface with a wide customer base using strong communication skills, and be able to communicate issues to the Network Team.
