This is a 40 hour/week temporary position with hours of 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. The temporary need is for 60-90 days. Tasks for this position include: Assess applicants at emergency shelters or transitional housing Conducting intake with applicants Offering case management services Facilitate integration into the community Provide after care services to monitor outcomes and sustain housing placements Answer occasional after hours phone calls Candidates with experience working with the unhoused are highly preferred   Position Requirements   This position is currently not accepting applications.
