All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.   Description Case Management Supervisor needed for  temporary (through the end of June), full-time position supervising case managers who work with homebound elderly individuals living in Brooklyn.  The Case Management Supervisor will report to the Case management Program Director and is one of four Case Management Supervisors who function is to ensure the day-to-day operations are carried out in an efficient manner and to keep the Program Director fully informed concerning staff needs, morale, and program effectiveness. As a member of the Supervisory team, the Case Management Supervisor works closely with other managers in program planning and development and represents the agency in community and interagency activities and collaborations.   Position Requirements LMSW and 2 years experience working with the elderly.
