Share Email Opening Title Division Administrative Assistant  Description Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information Answer and direct phone calls as appropriate. Screen particular calls as necessary (to eliminate and reduce unwanted calls by telemarketers) Enter all information from packing slips into 4P for each specific job Track electrical licensing Document continuing education for current employees for electrical license renewal Scan/track packing slips with job numbers and job name Verify employee time cards weekly Meet deadlines for weekly and month end processing. Perform general administrative office duties such as but not limited to copying, updating manuals, ordering general office supplies, filing, sorting and distributing mail and faxes, and handling correspondence. Including the coordination of pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) Perform other duties as requested and assigned in a timely fashion   Position Requirements Essential skills and experience Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word software. Knowledge of office administration procedures. Ability to operate most standard office equipment. Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills. Excellent telephone and oral communication skills. Education/Experience: Associate's degree (A.
