Players Club Shift Manager 

Description

SUMMARY

Manage, coordinate and supervise 48+ Players Club employees. Responsible for developing, nurturing and providing excellent service to guests and prospective guests; Ensure promotions and special events are executed efficiently and correctly; Assess impact of promotional campaigns, special events and guest relations reports; Analyze and identify programs and activities that support and enhance customer loyalty; Ensure database integrity; Train and develop staff; assess performance of assigned staff and recommend appropriate employment actions; Accountable for the accurate distribution of all promotional assets and strict adherence to the rules, regulations and policy and procedure that govern said promotions; and serve as the main point of contact for MOD’s and Player’s Club staff.

 
Position Requirements

EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Business preferred. 

EXPERIENCE
2 - 3 years experience as a Player’s Club Associate and/or a Lead Player’s Club Associate in a casino environment required. 1 year supervisory experience required; casino industry preferred. 3 years of experience in marketing, public relations or customer relations capacity, supervising a large number of employees.
