JOB SUMMARY: Supports the Director of Revenue Cycle Management and Fiscal Operations and the Business Analytics manager in the operational and analytics activities of the agency.


1. Facilities/Security/Technology/Equipment/Vehicles

  • Work collaboratively with the Facilities Manager to monitor facility repairs, fire/safety/ADA and other inspection standards for the Agency and maintain already established Facility tracking tool.
  • Manage Behavioral Health Service Area 1 time requests.
  • Coordinate program vehicle inventory and needs, collaborating with the vehicle management staff.  Maintain internal vehicle tracking tool to oversee agency vehicles usage and maintenance.
  • Liaison for security equipment and contractor needs.
  • Maintain inventory of IT and Phone equipment needs and counts, working with the IT department.

2. Reporting and Analytics Support

  • Run financial income statements and general ledger monthly
  • Run batch reports and upload Cerner/Millennium info into Microsoft BI reporting system
  • Pull data from various service areas to maintain agency-wide reporting tool

OTHER DUTIES: Ad hoc business reporting and support as required.


Position Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience preferred but 5+ years’ experience with above responsibilities is acceptable.  Understanding of Microsoft products and communicates well with people at all levels.

Schedule M-F 8:30am - 4:30pm
