The OSR plays a crucial role: aligning excellent customer service with our internal need to deliver excellence safely. This position is highly collaborative, internally and externally facing, and requires a high level of customer service and communication skills. Performance Objectives Reconcile customer expectations with EE's mission statement to deliver a seamless customer experience. Develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth, aligning with the company's vision and objectives. Make 50-100 outbound calls a day and convert leads into sales Maintain an insurable driving record to enable smooth transportation for customer visits and meetings. Collaborate effectively with team members to generate profitable business opportunities and maintain a consistent influx of incoming work. Establish and nurture customer contacts, focusing on building lasting relationships. Conduct a targeted number of meetings with new customers to showcase EEI's value proposition and generate leads. Acquire new customers and expand EE's customer base to drive revenue growth and market presence. Contribute to the organization's growth by achieving set targets for the value of closed orders.
