We are looking for an Accountant to assist with the daily operations of our Accounting Department in our Liberty, Missouri office. Apply online: http://apexoperationsmanagementllc.appone.com/ Duties/Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable processes to facilitate timely payment of invoices and accurate accounting of expenditures. Account for credit card activity and reconcile credit card balances. Deposit and post payments received; reconcile ACH deposits to the general ledger. Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. Assists with month end reconciliations and closing entries. Maintain files both manual and electronic to support accounting transactions. Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned. Requirements Certified Public Accountant designation preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Five years of experience in financial management is preferred. Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills; interpersonal skills.
