Share Email Opening Title Engineering Intern  Description Inteva Manufacturing Engineering Interns get the chance to learn about Engineering’s role in supporting a manufacturing company, gain hands-on experience, and work on meaningful projects that make an impact. The intern in this role will work with the Engineering team out of Inteva's Manufacturing Plant in Adrian, MI. Inteva’s Summer 2024 Intern Program includes more than your day-to-day work. Your experience will include supplemental learning and development opportunities, such as executive lunch-and-learns and professional workshops. You will support Inteva’s core value of caring for the world and our communities with group volunteering opportunities throughout the summer. Most importantly, you will have fun, learn, and grow as part of a cohort of summer interns. What will you get to work on? Root Cause Analysis for Continuous Improvements on Quality, Scrap, Manufacturing, and Design related issues. Participate in new model launch builds. Participate in Kaizen workshops. Lead improvement projects related to process design and labor reductions. Lead improvement projects related to organizational process within the engineering department.
