Job Summary

This position will provide support and assistance for the Sr. Vice President and other department employees.

Essential Functions

  • Prepare new and revised policy forms in Microsoft Word and manage form packets.
  • Maintain master policy form directory.
  • Prepare and send out monthly reinsurance checks.
  • Prepare expense reports for all employees in department.
  • Manage SVP's calendar, including coordinating and scheduling meetings.
  • Prepare various check requests.
  • Assist with preperation and production of annual Actuarial Memorandum.
  • Assist with RAAIS Reports for mail-outs and submissions.
  • Prepare annual department budget for Accounting and budget analysis for SVP.
  • Add state approved policy forms to Production environments.
  • Assist with annual state illustration filings and other miscellaneous state filings.
  • Prepare regular reports, memos, correspondence, and spreadsheets for SVP and other employees in department.
  • Assist with state form filing, as necessary.
  • Schedule department meetings and reservations.
  • Set-up meeting rooms for guests, as needed.
  • Maintain supplies for the department.
  • Maintain department records.
  • Maintain department monthly timesheets for employee's projects.
  • Distribute mail within department.
  • Additional projects/taks as assigned.
 
Position Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word required.
  • Must have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Adobe Professional.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Extensive organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Handle confidential information.
  • Knowledge of Xpression is helpful, but not required.
