The CALM Family Support Partner will support children/youth and resource parents during the initial out-of-home placement and/or movement placements within the designated CALM region. The CALM Family Support Partner will work with the Intervention Specialist to improve outcomes for children/youth entering or moving within the child welfare system by supporting greater permanency, creating critical pathways of connection across systems, and providing support to prevent crisis/disruption from emerging and creating stabilization.   Position Requirements BSW or MSW - One year of experience in a previous peer partner role for Family Partners preferred. Previous experience in formal or informal mentoring or peer role with youth for Youth Support Partners preferred. Lived experience as a kin or resource caregiver for Family Support Partners; lived experience with child welfare and/or behavior health services for Youth Support Partners required.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
