Intervention Specialist needed for full-time, temp to hire position in Philadelphia County.
The Crisis Access Link Model (CALM) Services is a short-term service that provides a mobile, on-site, face-to-face therapeutic response to a youth and their resource family following an initial child welfare placement or following a move to a new child welfare placement.
The CALM Intervention Specialist will support children/youth and resource parents during the initial out-of-home placement and/or movement placements within the designated CALM region. The CALM Intervention Specialist will work with the Family Support Partner to improve outcomes for children/youth entering or moving within the child welfare system by supporting greater permanency, creating critical pathways of connection across systems, and providing support to prevent crisis/disruption from emerging and creating stabilization.
