Headway Workforce Solutions, in partnership with me-ality, has immediate openings for Size Matching Station Managers.  The Size Matching Station Manager is responsible for representing Me-Ality’s services to prospects, customers, retail mall partners, and other external clients.  S/he is responsible for the professional presentation of the fitting stations and overall performance of Size Matching Specialists, as well as liaising with mall management and mall marketing management as directed.

  • Meet retail size matching station goals and objectives in terms of attracting customers, increasing  number of scans per day, number of reports and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and prioritize scheduling of Size Matching Specialists, ensuring accurate coverage during mall hours
  • Ensure size matching station is sufficiently staffed for maximum productivity
  • Oversee daily size matching station/equipment maintenance, including: monitoring kiosk inventory levels, cash levels, daily sales envelopes, ordering supplies, and trouble-shooting challenges as necessary
  • Handle and resolve onsite customer inquiries, expectations, and issues, ensuring that customer satisfaction is paramount. 
  • Ensure that Size Matching Specialists adhere to high standards for customer satisfaction
  • Motivate and inspires team to successfully meet objectives set for scanner
  • Communicate sales goals, company policies, procedures, expectations and other items to team and ensures execution of sales goals
  • Contribute to increasing number of scans and reports and “lead generation” in all areas of the company
  • Act as a “Brand Ambassador” at all times, to reflect the quality of the brand we are building
  • Other duties as assigned




Position Requirements
  • High school diploma required
  • Familiar with apparel industry
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of garment sizing and fit parameters
  • 2-3 years experience in a retail sales environment and 1-2 years experience in a similar supervisory/managerial role
  • Experience working independently, while ensuring effective communication to a corporate management team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding listening, questioning, and persuading skills
  • Experience organizing and managing staffing schedules
