As a Pediatric Social Worker, you will deliver social work services to residents, their families, and significant others. Your role will involve assisting them in coping with the impact of illness/disability and extended care placement. Moreover, you'll work towards helping individuals achieve maximum benefit from health care and community services. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring coordinated care and services for each resident to attain or maintain the highest level of well-being across various dimensions.   Position Requirements NJ CSW or NJ LSW with a minimum of two years of pediatric health care experience, preferably with special health care needs.
